Audiologists are able to make a cast of your ears for a fee, which you then send in to our office. Please download these Detailed Instructions, which outline everything you will need to do after placing your order. If we already have your impressions on file, then no further action is required.

Specifically designed for sleeping, Snooz-Zs are made using an extra-soft silicone material, making them the most comfortable custom earplugs we offer. Sleep peacefully and comfortably all night with a pair of Snooz-Zs.
Isolation Tailored for You
Featuring a half-shell design, Snooz-Zs sit deep within the bowl of your ear and extend into the helix to ensure they stay in your ears all night long. Snooz-Zs come standard with a red right earpiece and blue left earpiece, making them easier to tell apart in low light environments.

How to Order
1. Select your filter value
One pair of filters is included with each custom earplug order and will ship pre-installed. The filters are interchangeable and additional filters can be found here. You can add additional filters to your earplug order, or order them separately later.
2. Select how you will get us your ear impressions
Custom-fit products require us to have a set of ear impressions or a 3D model of your ears. There are 2 ways for you to get these to us:
Obtain ear impressions from a local audiologist
Audiologists anywhere in the world are able to make a cast of your ears for a small fee, which you can then send in to our office for scanning. After purchasing your custom eartips, you will receive an email with instructions for obtaining and sending in your ear impressions. Visit our Custom-Fit Info Page to learn more about this process.
Use existing ear impressions
If you already have a set of MEE audio custom products or have gotten scanned by us at a previous event, we already have your ear scans on file and you may choose this option.
3. Complete checkout process
Depending on the option you chose in step 2, you may get additional instructions via email after placing your order.
4. Get your custom earplugs in the mail
We will manufacture your custom earplugs using medical-grade, biocompatible silicone and ship them to you

Fit Guarantee
MEE audio will modify or re-make any custom-fit product returned due to poor fit within 45 days of purchase. Please contact orders@meeaudio.com if you require a refit and we will help you through the process. For more information, see our Warranty Policy.
Reprints
We offer a reprint service for custom-fit products. If anything happens to your earplugs that is not covered by our standard warranty (e.g. one of the earplugs is lost) or after the warranty period, we'll reprint them for the flat fee listed below:
Cost to reprint both ears: $75
Cost to reprint one ear: $50
To request a reprint, send an email to orders@MEEaudio.com. Please include your original order number and the ear that requires replacement (if only getting one ear reprinted) and we'll get back to you with instructions on placing the reprint order. Returns and Warranty
Each pair of MEE audio custom earplugs is made to order and uniquely tailored to the shape of your ears. Because of this, MEE audio does not allow returns of any custom-fit / made-to-order products other than for refits (see the Fit Guarantee section above for more info).

How long will it take to receive my order?
There is an additional 3-4 weeks manufacturing time for custom-fit products, plus the shipping time for whichever shipping method you select at checkout. Manufacturing starts the next business day after we receive your order or your ear impressions, whichever comes later. A rush processing option is also available and takes the production time down to 5 business days.
How are the custom-fit products shipped?
Domestic orders: if "free shipping" is selected at checkout, your order will be shipped as a USPS 1st class package, which typically delivers in 3-7 business days. Faster shipping methods are available at checkout.
International orders: if USPS First Class International is selected at checkout, there is no set delivery window but packages are typically delivered within approximately 20 business days. Please note that the number provided is a Customs ID number and not a tracking number, and should not be relied on for package status updates. Once USPS hands off the package to your local carrier, the Customs ID may reveal the Customs status of the package through your local carrier, but it is not guaranteed. Faster shipping methods are available at checkout.
I placed my order. What's next?
If we already have your impressions on file, no further action is required on your part – we'll start making your custom-fit product right away. If you need to get us your impressions, you'll receive a follow-up email after placing your order containing further instructions.
Where do I go for ear impressions?
Locate an audiology office near you and contact the audiologist first to find out the fees and set an appointment. We recommend shopping around as ear impression costs can vary significantly.
How much should I expect to pay for a pair of ear impressions?
The cost of ear impressions varies depending on the audiologist from whom you purchase them. We recommend shopping around by calling multiple audiologists in your area.
Do I need to bring anything to my audiologist visit?
Download and bring our audiologist instruction sheet, which will tell your audiologist what we’re looking for in a set of ear impressions.
How can I make sure the ear impressions my audiologist took are good?
Before mailing us your ear impressions, email a few photos to us at orders@MEEaudio.com so that we can visually inspect them and make sure there are no issues with them that may prevent a good fit of the completed custom eartips. This can help avoid the delay and expense of sending impressions back and forth if the first set is not adequate. Please follow the photo examples shown here to make sure your photos capture every angle of the impressions

Can I add flat-response filters later if I order the full-block earplugs?
No, full-block earplugs do not accommodate filters
How do I care for my custom earplugs?
To maintain your custom earplugs in the best cosmetic condition, we recommend wiping them down with a moist cloth after use and using the included earwax cleaning tool periodically to scoop any residue out of the nozzles of your custom earplugs. Do not leave your earplugs in direct sunlight or expose them to excess heat as this may deform the silicone material.
What if I lose one of my custom earplugs or would like a new pair in a different color?
We can reprint one or both of your earplugs in any color at a reduced cost. The cost to reprint one side is $50 and the cost to reprint both is $75. Contact orders@MEEaudio.com if you need to order a reprint.
What if I want a set of custom eartips?
MEE Professional will keep your impressions on file and you can order additional custom-fit products on our website at any time.

How long will my product take to ship?
We strive to ship most orders out within 1-2 business days. However, custom-fit and custom-engraved products require additional manufacturing time, which is noted on their respective product pages.
