Who it’s for

The customer problems it solves

Hard of hearing

Struggles to hear the TV and bothers others by turning up the volume. TV headphones make dialogue easier to hear and understand, and can be used with hearing aids for additional improvement.

2+ person households

Wants to enjoy TV at night without bothering a partner or kids.

TV doesn’t have Bluetooth

The Connect transmitter adds wireless audio to any TV with an RCA, optical or 3.5mm output.

Built-in TV Bluetooth is hard to use or too limited

Many TVs require extensive use of menus for Bluetooth pairing, won’t connect two headphones, won’t keep the TV speakers on at the same time.

Quick answers for the sales floor

“My TV is too old for Bluetooth.”

The bundle’s Connect transmitter works with any TV that has an audio-out jack: optical, RCA (red/white) or 3.5mm. All three cables are in the box.

“I can never hear what the actors are saying.”

CinemaEAR Clear Voice mode. One button audio enhamcenet, no app necessary.

“Will the sound lag behind the picture?”

Cinema 3D and the Connect transmitter support Qualcomm aptX Adaptive / Low Latency to keep audio in sync with video.

“I have mobility issues and it's difficult to press buttons and plug in cables.”

The included magnetic charging pad solves that issue - the Cinema 3D headphones charge and power off automatically when placed against the charging pad, and power on when removed from the pad.

Two people, one TV without Bluetooth?

One bundle plus one Cinema 3D headphones. The Connect transmitter streams to two headphones at once, and each person sets their own volume.

Customer already has a Bluetooth TV?

Recommend the headphones-only Cinema 3D (SKU: HP-CMA3D-BK) paired directly to the TV.

Can I have the headphones and TV speakers on at the same time?

Yes, with the Cinema 3D and Connect transmitter bundle and the Connect plugged into the TV's optical port.

Should I upgrade from the original Matrix Cinema?

The benefits are support for LDAC, Auracast, and newer aptX codecs for improved audio quality, Active Noise Canceling (ANC), twice the battery life, wireless charging, touch controls, and of course 3D Sound/spatial audio.
