Limitations and alternatives

Known limitations of meeaudio.com:

  1. Shopify checkout pages: Some accessibility issues on the checkout pages cannot be remediated as our platform, Shopify, does not provide us with direct access to checkout templates. We are evaluating options to address this. As an alternative, customers who experience difficulty completing checkout may contact us at accessibility@s2einc.com or 626-965-1008 to place an order with assistance.
  2. Third-party product reviews: The product review widget on product pages is provided by a third-party application. Certain elements within this widget, such as the star-rating selector, may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We have raised these issues with the vendor and are tracking their resolution. As an alternative, customers may submit reviews or feedback by email to accessibility@s2einc.com.
  3. Product page content: A small amount of product page content, including certain images, captions, and descriptions, is being progressively reviewed and updated to meet our accessibility standards. If you require an accessible version of a specific page or document, please contact us at accessibility@s2einc.com.

Assessment approach

MEE audio engaged ADA Ally, an independent third-party accessibility specialist, to assess the accessibility of meeaudio.com. Our compliance work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance began on 18 March 2026, and remediation is ongoing.
