How long will my product take to ship?

Information on pairing, connecting, and troubleshooting
Will the partySPKR power off automatically if I am not listening to music?
If it is connected to a Bluetooth device such as your phone, the partySPKR will only shut off if it is powered off manually, disconnected from the phone/Bluetooth device, or runs out of battery. Otherwise it will remain powered on so that you can continue to receive notifications and phone calls from your phone/Bluetooth device. If it is connected to a 3.5mm aux input or a USB stick, it will remain on for as long as audio is playing.
What are the dimensions of the lightSPKR?
The lightSPKR measures approximately 4 inches (102 mm) in diameter and 7.6 inches (193 mm) in height
Can I use the camping lantern and Bluetooth speaker functions independently?
Yes, you can use the lightSPKR as just a camping lantern, just a Bluetooth speaker, or both!
What are the supported formats to play from a USB memory stick?
The lightSPKR can play APE, FLAC, WAV, and MP3 audio formats from a USB stick
Do I need to replace the batteries?
No, the lightSPKR features built-in rechargeable batteries that do not need to be replaced
What kind of charger do I need to use this speaker?
A USB charging cable is included with the lightSPKR; you can use it with any USB power adapter (such as the one you likely use to charge your phone) or a computer or other powered USB port
