How long will my product take to ship?

Information on pairing, connecting, and troubleshooting
Does the goSPKR speaker have an SD card slot?
No, the goSPKR supports only Bluetooth input. Our larger speakers such as the lightSPKR and partySPKR support input via USB, so you can use a USB flash drive or a USB SD card reader.
Do I need to turn the goSPKR on manually each time it goes to sleep?
You do not need to turn the speaker on manually unless you manually turn it off first, or it runs out of battery. Otherwise it will stay connected to your phone and will "wake up" whenever you start streaming audio to it or receive a phone call.
Will the goSPKR shut off if I leave it connected to my phone with nothing playing?
No, the goSPKR will only shut off if it is powered off manually, disconnected from the phone/Bluetooth device, or runs out of battery. Otherwise it will remain powered on so that you can continue to receive notifications and phone calls from your phone/Bluetooth device.
What are the dimensions of the goSPKR?
The goSPKR measures approximately 2.9 x 1.7 x 1.1 inches (73 x 42.9 x 28.2 mm) and weighs just 2.3oz (65g)
Do I need to replace the batteries?
No, the goSPKR features built-in rechargeable batteries that do not need to be replaced
What kind of charger do I need to use this speaker?
A USB charging cable is included with the goSPKR; you can use it with any USB power adapter (such as the one you likely use to charge your phone) or a computer or other powered USB port
Can I pick up phone calls completely hands-free?
You need to push the main (circle) button to pick up or hang up the call. You do not need access to your phone to pick up or hand up phone calls, as long as it’s connected via Bluetooth.
Can I summon Siri or Google Assistant with this speaker?
Yes, to access Siri or Google Assistant, simply click the main (circle) button 3 times quickly.
