We strive to ship most orders out within 1-2 business days.
Made-to-order products (all custom-fit and custom-engraved earphones and accessories) require additional manufacturing time, which is noted on their respective product pages.
Once an order is shipped, the delivery time depends on the selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping – U.S.A. & U.S. Territories
MEE audio offers free standard shipping on orders of $25 or more shipped to the USA and US Territories via the “Economy” shipping option at checkout.
Orders placed using the Economy shipping option may be shipped via USPS, FedEx, Amazon, or another carrier, depending on carrier availability and pricing and should arrive in 2-8 business days, depending on carrier and destination address. Does not apply to duties, taxes, and/or previously placed orders. For other shipping methods, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, destination, and selected shipping methods.
Please note that the shipping rates for most carriers are weight-based and may be rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with the policies of the selected carrier(s).
All shipping time frames provided by USPS are estimates, and packages may arrive faster, especially for local orders shipping to California, or be delayed by higher shipping volume over the holidays or extreme weather events. We therefore recommend customers use FedEx for all time-sensitive orders.
International Shipping Information and Policy
We ship to most of the world. However, due to shipping and customs restrictions and other events outside of our control, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: India, Russia, South Africa, and Ukraine.
In order to keep shipping costs down, we offer GlobalPost and/or USPS First Class International Shipping for small packages shipping internationally. This shipping method does not offer tracking to its final destination and does not have a guaranteed delivery period. It is not available in all countries. Typical delivery times are 2-4 weeks, but shipping to some countries may take longer.
Please choose the appropriate shipping method for your country/region as MEE audio is unable to guarantee delivery for untracked shipping methods. For quickest and safest service, please use either FedEx or USPS Priority Mail, where available.

Orders shipped by methods that do not offer tracking are the customer’s responsibility from the time of shipment.
Please make sure your address is correct in our system and use the notes section to include any special shipping instructions. If you are uncertain as to the reliability of local delivery, please use a tracked shipping method such as FedEx.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient and will, in most cases, be collected by the shipping carrier prior to delivery. MEE audio has no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of customs charges prior to shipping as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to many countries around the world. However, some countries are restricted due to a large rate of lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once you add a product to your cart, you can see the list of countries we ship to in the dropdown and can enter your delivery location for an estimated shipping cost.
We are looking to expand our retailers worldwide, so if we are not locally available in your country, please ask your local audio and music instrument stores to carry MEE products!
Does USPS Priority guarantee delivery within 1-3 days?
USPS typically delivers domestic Priority Mail packages in 1-3 business days but the time frame
is not guaranteed.
Which shipping service should I choose if I want to get my order in 1-3 days?
We recommend choosing FedEx 2-day or Overnight shipping as they provide the best guarantee for delivery. USPS Priority mail does not guarantee a time frame.
USPS tracking shows delivery, but why haven’t I received my package?
If you did not receive the package on the date indicated by USPS tracking, it is possible that your package was scanned by the carrier to avoid a late delivery metric and will be delivered on the following business day. If you still have not received your package 1-2 days later, USPS recommends the following:
Looking for the package somewhere near your front door or asking your neighbors. Sometimes, postal workers leave packages near doorsteps and not near residential post office boxes. Also, a well-meaning neighbor might have taken your package inside their house for safekeeping or for protection against the rain or other bad weather.
Contacting USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS or contacting your local Post Office directly and explaining that you have delivery confirmation, but no package was actually delivered, and ask them to start a tracking investigation to discover the whereabouts of your missing package.

What happens if my order was returned as "Undeliverable"?
If your order was returned to us as 'Undeliverable', you will be contacted via email and asked to provide an alternate shipping address. If we do not receive a response after 30 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded according to our Returns Policy.

MEE audio & MEE Professional accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund, less original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered condition**. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or open a case on our support portal. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. Once your return has been received, we will notify you with a confirmation email and apply a refund via the original payment method.
*Unless the product’s description notes that it cannot be returned or stipulates a different return policy time period
**New, unaltered condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage. For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Custom-fit Products
Each pair of our custom eartips and earplugs is made to order and uniquely tailored to the shape of your ears. Because of this, MEE Professional does not allow returns of any custom-fit/made-to-order products other than for refits (see the Fit Guarantee section below for more info).
Our standard 1-year warranty applies to materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover regular wear and tear or accidental damage, loss of one or both tips, blockage due to earwax or debris, or level of noise isolation. Attempting to modify your custom eartips or earplugs in any way will void this warranty. For more information please visit our Warranty Policy page.
Fit Guarantee
MEE Professional offers a 45-day Fit Guarantee to ensure that your custom-fit eartips, earplugs, or in-ear monitors fit perfectly and perform up to our high stands. We will modify or re-make any custom eartips returned due to poor fit within 45 days of purchase.
Please contact us if you require a refit and we will help you through the process.
Products With Custom Artwork / Engravings
MEE audio and Professional do not allow returns of components with made-to-order engravings featuring user-submitted text or artwork. However if you have an issues with the appearance of your artwork please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Products purchased with removable custom artwork can still be returned and refunded less the cost of the engraved/customized component.
Our standard 1-year warranty applies to materials and workmanship for all engravings. Warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of custom-engraved components. Attempting to modify your engravings in any way will void this warranty.

MEE audio warrants to the original retail purchaser that the product shall be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period specified above, from the date of purchase. If this product proves defective in either materials or workmanship, MEE audio, at its option, will (a) repair the product, or (b) replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor. If the product model is no longer available and cannot be repaired effectively or replaced with an identical model, MEE audio at its sole option may replace the unit with a current model of equal or greater value.

To obtain a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please submit a warranty request here and include you original order number. You may also be asked to provide the product serial number, where applicable.
If your claim is eligible for warranty coverage, a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and printable shipping label will be issued to return the defective product to MEE audio.
Postage is pre-paid by MEE audio when an item is defective upon arrival (i.e. DOA) due to a manufacturing error EXCEPT when the requested shipping address is located outside the original country of purchase.
When shipping your product in for warranty service, please ship only the earphone/headphone without accessories unless otherwise instructed. It is advised that you use a tracked, insured method as MEE audio is not responsible for products that are not received. Freight collect shipments will be refused.
Once we receive your product, it will be evaluated against your claim. If the product is eligible for warranty coverage, we will ship you a replacement. The replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. Please contact the reseller or distributor for warranty terms and service. If you are unable to obtain service for your MEE audio product from the local reseller or distributor, you may still use the manufacturer’s warranty; however, only postage via standard air mail is provided as complimentary shipping for international warranty claims. This shipping service may not be used for countries with unacceptable international mail delivery rates*. Other shipping services through private carriers such as DHL and FedEx are available at additional cost.
To obtain a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please submit a warranty request here. Disclaimer
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
Warranty does not cover:
- regular wear and tear, including cosmetic wear
- accidental damage
- loss of product, parts, or accessories
- damage due to abuse, misuse, or negligence
- damage due to improper maintenance or repairs performed by a 3rd party
- blockage due to earwax or debris
- damage by excessive volume or malfunction of connected equipment
- acts of God or other damage beyond the control of MEE audio
Attempting to modify your MEE audio product in any way will void this warranty.
Products that have been returned to the original seller, or for which a refund has otherwise been issued, are not eligible for warranty coverage.
MEE Professional shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the use, misuse, or inability to use this product.
