About Us

Our Story

Founded in 2005 by a group of audio enthusiasts with the goal of making high-fidelity portable audio attainable for every music listener, MEE audio has been winning acclaim from casual listeners and audiophiles around the world for over 15 years. Since 2013, we have expanded our mission to preserving our customers’ hearing health and improving quality of life for the hearing impaired and those around them. Now specializing in professional in-ear monitors and hearing protection, home audio connectivity solutions, and high fidelity consumer headphones, MEE audio is committed to providing the best user experience, performance, and value with every product.

Starting with the release of the original M6 model back in 2009, MEE audio in-ear monitors have been a hit with musicians all around the world. Each time we’ve upgraded our in-ear monitors since then, we’ve made sure to focus on the most-requested features. Over the years this has led to improvements such as detachable cables and wireless accessories. Finally, in 2018, we launched the MEE Professional division to take on the custom in-ear monitor market - with our own unique approach, of course.

What We Do

What started as Music Enjoyment for Everyone has developed into Audio Enjoyment for Everyone. We believe that hearing is precious, and that good audio is something everyone deserves to enjoy and be inspired by for as long as possible. By offering volume-limiting children’s headphones, hearing protection for musicians, and assistive technology for those with mild hearing loss, in addition to our range of high-fidelity consumer headphones and innovative audio accessories, we are able to accompany our customers through their lifelong audio journey and instill in them good, healthy listening habits and a passion for sound quality.

MEE Professional focuses on custom elements such as engraved artwork faceplates and custom-fit 3D-printed silicone eartips, all made to order at our manufacturing facility in Los Angeles. All of our accessories and customizations are available à la carte, allowing users to upgrade their in-ear monitors as their budget and needs change. This modular approach blurs the line between universal and custom in ears monitors, helping fulfill our vision of delivering great audio performance and on-stage hearing protection for musicians on any budget.

Program Details

Our bulk ordering service is available to schools, businesses, institutions, and individuals who wish to purchase products in larger quantities. Bulk orders may be eligible for discounted pricing. The applicable discount depends on the products and quantities requested, as well as availability and any current promotions. Each product category may have a minimum order quantity to qualify for bulk pricing. When getting in touch with us, please provide as much information as you can regarding the products and quantities you need.

We can accommodate most tax exemption certificates – be sure to mention to our sales team that your organization is tax exempt and provide us with the certificate when placing your order.

B-Stock items, limited-time promotions, or custom items may not qualify for further discounts. To ensure the continued availability of our bulk ordering program, we reserve the right to limit or exclude items from eligibility bulk purchases.

Items purchased under our bulk ordering program are not for resale without the express written permission of MEE audio, cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions, and do not earn rewards or affiliate credits.

Payment & Delivery

Bulk orders require payment in full before processing and may require longer processing times due to the larger quantities involved. Please be sure to communicate any delivery deadlines or other special requirements for your bulk order to our team.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping address, order weight, and shipping method chosen. Any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes for orders shipping outside the US, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customizations and Special Requests:

Some MEE audio products can accommodate additional customizations such as engraved logos or messages. If you need a specific customization or have any other special requests for your bulk order, please communicate them when contacting us. We will provide information as to the feasibility and minimum order quantity, if any.

Full payment is mandatory before production of a customized order can begin. Once a customized order has been put into production, it cannot be canceled. Turnaround time for customized orders will vary depending on the design and quantity and will be communicated before you finalize your order.

Due to the nature of customized orders, they are not eligible for returns or refunds as they are not part of our regular stock.
